In this on-line talk, I will share how my understanding and experience of astrology has been enhanced by practicing and teaching yoga.

Astrology is a beautiful way to connect to the wonder and mystery of life. It gives us a system that explains the underlying structure of the universe; but it is often a very cerebral activity. With the planet Uranus in the earthy sign of Taurus we have the opportunity to physically engage with the astrological concepts. This talk is an investigation of how we can do this by feeling the signs, elements, modes, planets and aspects in our bodies. This is an approach that greatly deepens our experience and understanding of astrology.
